Hi, my name is Mateo, I've read about GNU Hurd project in Savannah and sounds really interesting to me, and I would like to collaborate as much as I can.
I am computer science student, mainly doing C, I would like to be part of the project to keep learning while helping the project.
I wish I can help someway, kind regards, Mateo.

Hey Mateo! Thanks for wanting to do some hurd contributing!

A great way to start learning is to read the irc logs:

wget --mirror --no-parent -A "hurd-*" -e robots=off http://richtlijn.be/~larstiq/hurd/

You can then grep -r for any relevant information. You can also search
through the email list here:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/

What are you interested in with the Hurd?

Thanks,

Joshua
